- Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information.

- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and customization requests.
- Precious Preserve Memories, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order deemed inappropriate or outside our scope of services.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products:
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Custom Orders
Custom-made keepsakes are generally non-refundable.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Any materials already purchased or labor performed may be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for shipping flowers to our studio unless otherwise arranged.

Flowers should be shipped as soon as possible after your event.
Packaging Requirements
Flowers should be carefully packaged to minimize damage during transit.
Flower Condition
The quality of the finished keepsake depends on the condition of the flowers received.
We cannot guarantee preservation results for flowers that arrive wilted, damaged, moldy, or significantly aged.
Shipping Instructions
Detailed flower shipping instructions will be provided after your order has been confirmed.
